The Racera Panther 7 are our hybrid 6 ball ceramic skate bearings that are made with G5 (highest rating able to be produced) hardened high precision silicon nitride (Si3N4) balls encased in nylon cages. Silicon nitride is the hardest ceramic compound used in ceramic bearings. Our silicon nitride balls are sourced from a premium Japanese manufacturer. The material is used by NASA inside their space shuttle engines. The races are chrome steel GCR15 and have an anti-rust black oxidation coating on the inner and outer races. Fitted with white rubber shields as standard on the outside, which are easily removed and replaced when you wish to clean and relubricate your bearings. Optional coloured shields can be fitted in yellow, pink, orange, red or green. Each bearing is individually tested by Racera before being offered for sale.
These bearings are ideal for speed and general skating and should be kept clean and lubricated with a light oil for the best performance.
