Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In-store pickup
In-store pickup is not available, but arrangements can be made at a local Melbourne skating rink, subject to times and days. Please contact us if you wish to find out more about this.
International Shipping with Tracking Number
New Zealand rates are above and sent via Australia Post standard postage and should arrive in 8-12 business days. If you need an alternative service, please contact us.
South Korea will also be sent via Australia Post standard postage and can take longer than New Zealand to clear customs, so expect 2-3 weeks once shipped.
All of our orders are shipped with tracking numbers.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Racera Skate Gear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and these are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available within the Australia Post system.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us on our contact page with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship small packages that are under 2kg to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please read our full returns policy for further information.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible on our contact page, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
